The topic of choice for Phil Moreland on June 17 is the pre-season physical programme. The idea, as usual, is to have an interactive (!) session where we expect you to have your input as well.

Phil MorelandPhil Moreland currently works as the senior sports science manager for the Royal Australian Air Force. Before this he was the head of S&C for the New South Wales Institute of Sport and worked for Hockey Australia. He’s skilled in Athlete Development, Coaching, and Athletic Training and has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) focused in Sports Coaching from University of Canberra.

    Phil Moreland 🇦🇺. is an Australian strength & conditioning (S&C) expert with a lot of hockey experience. Today he is the senior sports science manager for the Australian Royal Airforce. Before he had S&C roles with the Australian national woman’s team, the New South Wales Institute of Sport and the Scotland Institute of Sport.
