22:40 on a Tuesday
You’re driving home from training and an idea arrives. Maybe your best one this month. By Thursday it’s gone.
Not because you don’t care. Because a coach’s head is the busiest room in the club: selection, parents, injuries, work. The thinking happens in cars and showers and the minutes before sleep, and there’s nobody there to catch it.
The coaches at the very top have something for this. Not a secret method, a staff. An assistant to think out loud with, an analyst who remembers what actually happened. Most coaches get a notebook, a WhatsApp group, and their own head at midnight.
Three buttons. That’s the whole app.
Record
Speak a two-minute voice note from the car park. It’s transcribed, filed, and linked to the right player and session automatically.
Upload
Drop in the scouting PDF, the fitness CSV, the whiteboard photo, even a WhatsApp chat export. All parsed, all searchable.
Ask
“Based on my notes from the weekend’s game, what should Tuesday’s session focus on?” Answers come grounded in expert knowledge plus your own context, with sources you can check.
Two things nobody else can put together
What world-class coaches have shared in 200+ masterclasses on The Hockey Site. And what you’ve been seeing on your own pitch. The app holds both in one conversation, which is something no notebook, no video platform and no chatbot can do for you.
You’d forgotten that note from three weeks ago. It hadn’t.
And it never replaces your judgement. It gives you grounded input, with sources; if it doesn’t know, it says so. The decisions stay yours.
Private by design
Your workspace is yours alone, invisible to other coaches and to The Hockey Site. Stored in the EU, exportable and deletable at any time. Sign in with an email code, no password, nothing to install. Works on your phone, in five languages.
