As a coach Charlesworth became a legend. Winning gold in both Olympics and World cups with the Australian women (Hockeyroos) as well as 2 World Cup gold medals with the Australian men (Kookaburras).
For us at thehockeysite.com he shared his knowledge in a keynote at our Coach Conference in 2017 and in a Coach Chat about the Pygmalion effect in 2020.
