Reid’s advice is to build keepers into as many drills as possible and pick up one of the inexpensive goalkeeping books for warm-up routines, with two keepers able to warm each other up. Then use what you already know: as a former midfielder he tells keepers what an attacker entering the circle expects them to do, and urges young coaches to educate themselves rather than leave keepers to it.
