David Passmore combined his hockey coaching roles with being an Assistant Professor in Sports Science at Dublin City University, where he specializes in coaching science and talent development.
Passmore has worked with men, women and junior teams as well as regional and club programs at all levels. He coached in different capacities for the national (youth) teams of Great Britain, England and Ireland before taking over the USA women in 2022.
