Andreu Enrich about the six dimensions to optimize a player

Borrowing from Paco Seirul-lo’s work at FC Barcelona, Enrich lists six interrelated dimensions a player optimises in training: cognitive, coordinative, conditional, creative, emotional-volitive and socio-affective. Small sided games work all six at once, but each game should put its primary focus, and the coach’s feedback, on just one. If a task touches none of them, something essential is missing from its design. Watch the full masterclass: Small Sided Games.
