Andreu Enrich about changing the player’s mindset of the traditional way of playing

Players who always drift to their usual position are showing comfort, not development, Enrich argues. To break the pattern he gives explicit permission to fail: lose the next ten balls trying to play on the right or inside, and that beats never losing one at left back.
